本人在 1st Aug (Wednesday) 在香港出發，乘搭 Cathay Pacific Airways 去英國倫敦 Heathrow Airport 的 Terminal 3。接著在英國 Heathrow 的 Terminal 4 乘搭 British Airways 去 Brussels

請問:

1. 在 Heathrow Terminal 3去 Terminal 4 的整個程序是什樣的？

2. 我在 Heathrow 轉機到Brussels，我是否需要在 Terminal 3 時 check-in 或者辦理入境手續呢？還是我只需要到 Terminal 4 等待去Brussels的班機來臨？

3. 我何時會拿回我的行李？在Brussels時拿就可以了吧？

4. 到了Brussels，我需 check-out 嗎？或是在 Heathrow 時已辦理？究竟何時要 check-in 和 check-out？

5. 我的行李會否在到達當天未能取回?? (((因為我有朋友試過))) 如真的未能取回，是否會有通知，或應該怎麼辦呢??

Terminal 4 is 15-20 minutes away from Terminal 3 by train/coach.

Since you are travelling with different airline, after you have collected the luggages, you will have to go through custom and then take Heathrow express from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4. Heathrow express is free of charge. However, if you take coach or underground, there will be a fees.

You will need to check in at Terminal 4 at BA counter again and your luggage should arrive brussels with you on the same flight.

You will have to get through custom at Brussels but no need to check-out. If your luggage is delay, you can pass your details to the airline by contacting the ground staff and they will organise the delivery directly to your hotel. Make sure you have your luggage receipt with you.
