It is because the answer of B is the same as A.
The meaning of too means the two objects are the same.
Therefore, the result of answering'too' have to be A.
Either means one of the objects.
In this case, if you say me rither.
That means this phase here is meaningless.
The people who hearing you will not know that your answer is A or B.
The result could be A or B.

如果只是either

是用於否定句
並不是負數
所以用me too才是正確的！

me too,如果佢廣啲係負面的東西先用me either
例如：I don't like to eat ice-cream.
就要答Me either.
例如：I don't like to eat ice-cream.
就要答Me either.
