紅燈過馬路罰款

At first, they will send u a letter. they listed when and where u were caught. u will be asked to 書面認罪 and pay HK$200 as penalty then no need to go to the court. if u dun 認罪, then u have to go to the court on the day and the place that they mentioned in the letter.

First time, the offender will be fine not more than $200-HKD, it is depends on the judge decision. But the 2nd time, the fine will be double and so on. So, don't try to break the laws of Hong Kong !

：在斑馬線控制區過馬路而不使用斑馬線

(三) 第３９條（a）（ii）條
：在燈號控制過路處兩旁１５米範圍內過馬路而不使用行人天橋或行人隧道

(四) 第３９（a）（iii）條
：在行人天橋或行人隧道或其任何部分的１５米範圍內過馬路而不使用行人天橋或行人隧道

(五) 第３９（a）（iv）條
：違反穿制服警務人員、穿制服交通督導員或學校交通安全隊隊員的指示

(六) 第３９（b）條
：在行人過路處上逗留長於橫過行人過路處所需的時間

(七) 第３９（c）條
：攀越或穿過路旁圍欄或中央分道帶走到行車道上

(八) 第３９（d）條
：不遵照交通標誌的指示


以上所有有關行人的交通條例的違反罰款均是$2000

A:跟據道路交通（交通管制）規例第第３３（6）條, 若果不遵照交通燈號的指示, 會被罰款$2000元.

法律面前人人平等,不論你是多少歲,如果你年紀少,就由你的父母承擔$2000罰款.

不過,有時警員捉到你不遵照交通燈號的指示過馬路,如果你

(1) 年紀少

(2) 又是第一次

(3) 你又不和他爭辯(記住!!不可爭辯)

(4) 向警員表示道歉及說明不會再犯

也許警員會饒恕你一次,只作口頭警告,不會發出罰款$2000告票;但會要求你出示身份証, 並抄下你的身份証號碼, 作為紀錄.下次再犯時就會真的被人罰款!!(因為本人亦試過一次,但好彩沒有被罰款)
