I think that the duties arrangement available in here is quite messy.The department head will allocate all of duties regularly because of the replacement we have recruited.
I couldn't get well used to those regulations.This is my main reason of resignation.

I thought company the person department manager which newly please come back in work arrangement aspect extremely chaotic each can possess person's work reto arrange time this is my main leaves job the reason.

In my point of view, job arrangement in this company is not efficient. Everytime when there is a new person comes in, department head would rearrange all the jobs again! This is one main reason for my resignation.
