1. Time for sunset will be later, around 7:00 p.m. 2. Both are good but if you are with girl friend, 漁人碼頭 is better.
Also, 淡水 ~ 老街 will have more shops open on Sunday.
If you go to 士林夜巿 at 7:30, it may be a bit early.
