每次嚟中環,我都会去Moon cafe食嘢.之前幾次嚟,都已經對Jenny呢位待應印象不好.覺得佢無乜禮貌及無笑容,但係原來佢對小朋友都好粗魯!
呢個禮拜二晚上,我同我仔仔訂左位喺cafe門口排隊等候入座,其間有幾位大陸遊客想入去食飯,但係滿座要晏D先有位,那幾位遊客又聽不明白,Jenny就大聲呼喝佢叫佢哋去隔離食快餐同中餐.隔左一陣有2個外國遊客想欏位,Jenny突然間笑住有禮貌哋回答無位,咁樣係咪種族歧視?
我個仔仔喺等位嗰陣企唔定,跳跳扎,踩左上黑色個Stand上面,第一次,佢語帶警告哋叫佢落返嚟,第二次佢以為我睇唔到,好唔奈煩咁用力拉左我個仔落嚟,後來我工人先話返比我知!
我唔明白咁無奈牲無愛心嘅人點解可以喺呢度做咁奈? 我認為佢適合做服務性行業

Dear Sir,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with one of your staff member, Jenny .
I am a regular patron of your Cafe whenever I am in Central. On several previous occassions, Jenny's service attitude have left me with a bad impression.

Last Tuesday night, I made a reservation for three, at your cafe with my son and maid. As we were standing by the doorway waiting for our table, a few mainland tourist came by. Jenny told them that there will be a long waiting time as your Cafe is fully booked. Due to language barrier, the mainlanders did not understand what Jenny was saying. Suddenly, Jenny became very rude and infront of everyone, loudly shouted at the mainlanders to go next door to the fast food outlet or Chinese restaurant instead.

A short while later, two Westerners came requesting for a table. This time, Jenny was very friendly and courteous. She told them that the Cafe is fully booked. This is truely
Racial Discrimination!

While we were waiting for our table, my son being young, started to wander about. He accidentally stood onto the black stand. Jenny told my son to step down with a warning tone. On the second occassion when my son stood onto the black sign again, I was told later by my maid, that Jenny forcefully pulled him down as she knew I was not looking.

I do not understand why you would you would employ such impatient, rude and unhelpful person to work at your shop for so long. I personally do not think that she is suitable to be working in the customer service industry.

Thank you for time in reading my letter of complaint. Although I enjoy dining at your Cafe, I just wish that the service quality can be improved. Your frontline staff represents the image of your Cafe to the public.

To whom who concern,
hi, i am a customer of the Moon cafe in Central, and i have come several times. whenever i come, i got so impressed to the waitess called Jenny. Unhappy face, impolite manner, and treating children so bad are her particular characteristic.

Like Tuesday night, i preserved a table with my son, and i saw her treated the customers from mainland so bad because no table is available right at that time. She spoke so rude to send them away. i dont know if she understand manderine or not, but still, it's not a propreiate manner a waitess should have. Afterward, couple foreign customers came, and they want a table. Jenny changed her attitude and became so gentle, polite and smiling to answered them. Racial Discrimination is not allow and illigel in Hong Kong, and even in a resturant, it should not be existed.

Once my son was standing on the service counter, because he is kind of active. Jenny first tried to warn him to get him off there, and the second time, she pulled my son down violently, and she thought i didnt see that. That's what my maid told me after a while later! I am so angry with that.

I am curious why a waitess which is so impatient, rude, arrogant and mean to customers works such a long time. As I estimate, she is not suitable for serving.
