Moon Cafe
Dear Sir,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with one of your staff member, Jenny .
I am a regular patron of your Cafe whenever I am in Central. On several previous occassions, Jenny's service attitude have left me with a bad impression.
Last Tuesday night, I made a reservation for three, at your cafe with my son and maid. As we were standing by the doorway waiting for our table, a few mainland tourist came by. Jenny told them that there will be a long waiting time as your Cafe is fully booked. Due to language barrier, the mainlanders did not understand what Jenny was saying. Suddenly, Jenny became very rude and infront of everyone, loudly shouted at the mainlanders to go next door to the fast food outlet or Chinese restaurant instead.
A short while later, two Westerners came requesting for a table. This time, Jenny was very friendly and courteous. She told them that the Cafe is fully booked. This is truely
Racial Discrimination!
While we were waiting for our table, my son being young, started to wander about. He accidentally stood onto the black stand. Jenny told my son to step down with a warning tone. On the second occassion when my son stood onto the black sign again, I was told later by my maid, that Jenny forcefully pulled him down as she knew I was not looking.
I do not understand why you would you would employ such impatient, rude and unhelpful person to work at your shop for so long. I personally do not think that she is suitable to be working in the customer service industry.
Thank you for time in reading my letter of complaint. Although I enjoy dining at your Cafe, I just wish that the service quality can be improved. Your frontline staff represents the image of your Cafe to the public.
