No you cannot. you can only 考藥劑師牌 if you hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and finish a 1 year interinship in a hospital or pharmacy

but u need to take the other couses which is concerned about 藥劑師, transfer to major 藥劑師.
then study in Unversity.
