點樣寫「退學信」？

首先個上款要寫系主任個名(xx教授), 內容主是寫你有什麼原因要退學, 當然details一點會比較好, (以我上次因為簽証問題不能入學為例, 我會連移民局的拒絕信都attach埋比佢, 而在下面就寫ps: Immagration letter),這樣人地會知道你有甚麼原要退學, 唔係隨隨便便話退學的. 下款就寫你個名, 這樣應該可以了. 如果校方會寄張支票給你退還學費的話, 那麼最好寫埋你屋企個地址, 同埋張支票應該係寫比邊個(銀行戶口個名),

Sample:

Our son/daughter, XXX (Your name), decides to leave this school and seeks education abroad in his/her Secondary Four year. His/her new school will be XXX (New school's name) in XXX (Country's name).
