388 will rise up to $500?

I have recently read some news about 388 which says that 388 will rise up to $500 within the coming few years due to high profitability and continuously falling P/E. Believable or not? Recent trend has shown that 388 has reached a line of resistance and has been falling even against the upward trend of HSI, quite contrary to the prediction. Is it a normal adjustment or an indicator of a continuously falling trend?
Should we set a stop-loss limit or continue to hold?(preferably by Yoki Wong)
