How could I find more buyer?

I work in a furniture factory in china now, and as a sales and merchandsier, I tried everything such e-mail,phone call,fax ,but none of these work, can anyone give me a good point ? thanks

You could try to make promotions or sales, like 10 percent off or things like that. You may also focus on what you're customers want. Maybe you're selling something they don't want so hire professional services if you don't know how to find out what they want. Good luck.
