Regals loves to give out coupon but the quality is not very good. Maybe you can check out other hotels' buffet. You can find all hotel's buffet prices here:

If you planned to go to Regal, then never visit the Airport Regal and Regal Oriental.
I tried both as I used to work in the airport area.
I can assure you that they provide garbages. Even though you've got coupons in hand, I sincerely advise you not to visit either of them.
For other hotels of the same group, no comment at all.
