Goonies, 16 candles, the breakfast club....

I didn't really like Breakfast Club. I thought it was a bit on the dramatic side, but I loved Back to the future I and II and also Robocop and oh the movies of the 80s were better than the 90s, I think!

Top Gun with Tom Cruise
Uncle Buck was a good movie too!
Terminator as well!

there's alot and I can't mention all, but I definately loved the movies of that decade!

Oh wait, almost forgot Ninja Turtles, Karate Kid, Ghostbusters!

The Lost Boys

I was born in 86 so don't really remember the 80's. But my favourite was The Never Ending Story... I have no idea if it was from the 80's or 90's but I loved it and still do.

This is a tough one because there were a lot of great movies from this era. I prefer the epics like "Gandhi" and "The Last Emperor." I also like "Full Metal Jacket" and "The Untouchables." I guess for movies that are purely connected to the 80's my picks would be "Fast Times At Ridgemont High," "The Breakfast Club," "Sixteen Candles," and "Ferris Bueller's Day Off."

Too many totally tubular 80s movies to pick from, but I'll, like, have to go with "Valley Girl", fer sure.
