你可以去書局買返本商業書信來用,入面既內容適合香港及內地既文法,
裡面有唔同既書信格式及例子,
真係好啱用架... ^^
如果你覺得香港貴, 可以返深圳買, 又平又多好多選擇。

Go to the library and try to find Business communication book.
