基本上是對的, 但以下有一個韓文字錯了.

正確寫法: 안녕히 주무세요.
是 무(音'moo') 而不是 우(音'woo')

但要注意以上的都是발말(半語, 即是用於平輩或朋友間之用語), 如果是對長輩就要用존댓말(尊敬語), 即'....습니다/...십시오'了~.

翻譯是正確的,上面兩位朋友已經解釋得很詳細,我不打算再重覆,不過我想提一點,안 녕 히 주 무 세 요這個說法是可以的,亦有人這樣說,而不是好像上面有位朋友所說的strange,不過,我們在電視中較常聽到的可能是잘 자! 這是반말(半語),大概因為我們在電視中看到的情節是朋友之間或兄弟姊妹之間的對話,所以比較少聽到안 녕 히 주 무 세 요,如果要說안 녕 히 주 무 세 요,多數是對祖父母之輩說的情況較多.

All sentences except no.2 are in superior form and there are different form of superior forms (尊待語).
~해요 is an informal superior form but still it is a kind of superior form.
No.2 (2. 미안해) is in lower form (半語).
yes, there is typo in no.3 because it should be 안녕히 주무세요.
주무시다 = 자다 = sleep / 睡覺
주무시다 is honourific form (恭待語) of the word 자다 and we use it when speaking to elder person. Therefore no.3 is not in 半語.
e.g. 주무세요, 아버지. = Good night Dad.
btw l never heard of 안녕히+주무세요. Seems a bit strange. 安+睡= 晚安??

l said l never heard of 안녕히+주무세요 and it's strange (not wrong)because the usual form l heard is 주무세요(아버지..) as l used in the examplenot because of the dialogue in the tv drama.

If one cannot distinguish the higher/lower form and uses it properly, there is no way that one can survive in Korea.Anyway, l asked my Korean teacher who confirmed that 안녕히 주무세요 is correct but people usually say 주무세요.
