How come treating you well seems to be something I'm supposed to do?

How come = 點解, 何以會
Treat = 對代, treat you well = 對你好
Seems to be = 好似
Supposed = 應該, Supposed to do = 應該做的

It seems to me that it is part of my responsibility to treat you well.

"點解對你好,係好似我應該做既事??"

I wonder why to treat you nice is a thing I ought to do!

Why I treat you well looks like this is the thing I should do ?
