Get black CDs and copy a cd 4 my bf, and put some of my songs from iTunes (that I paid for!!) onto a cd, is that illegal???
I don't think so, but he told me it was.
I orinally bought all that music! on iTunes, and I bought the CDs that I have!!

its legal unless your bf is making a profit from the songs by selling them.

I guess... it would be illegal if you're friend put it on her itunes, but they were orginally paid for right?
Technically you can absolutely burn her a cd, it's just a case of whether she puts them on her itunes.
