用公司名義黎買車洗唔洗交稅?(有20分)

用公司名義買車一樣要交首次登記稅。反而買環保車有低稅優惠，跟公司名義無關。
用公司名義買車，在用於公司事務上時，可以在這裏有稅務的優惠：
１）可以有折舊額來扣減利得稅。
２）汽油，牌費，修理費等全部可以扣減利得稅。
３）司機人工都可以扣減利得稅。
