我覺得你可以係4.8或下買, 但唔好一次過買咁多, 分開二注買, 保障自己

I think it is still not very high yet. As said, Morgan Stanley adjusts a higher price for ICBC to $5.2-5.3. So, it is ok to buy now. If further wait, the price will increase further and then it is really 高追.
