但這種詐騙手法不限於大或小企業。當事人認為有這需要便不理後果
做假，當然是刑事責任。
cook 用字傳神，加添調味，整色整水，再炒幾炒、成事(即係完成'做假數')
book 是指賬簿 books of account
managers 冇這級管理員點會成事。
