英文文法~ please help

After the SI Programming, I think the program is very meaningful.

I can feel that the team memberS haVE improved their interest IN Accounting, and their mark IN Accounting was enhanced (HAS IMPROVED is better).
(as you used "their", you have to match by using members instead of one member.

I think the main intention of the program is TO provide an environment, and to advance self-motivations for the members to study Accounting.
(say "to provide a good environment, and to enhance self-motivations for the members to study Accounting."
or "to provide an environment that enhance self-motivations for the members....)

So the program is running successfully.
(or just "so the program is successful.")

This is my correction to your paragraph:

The SI Programming was ended, I think this program was very meaningful. I feel that every team member(s) had incresed their interest of Accounting. Also they had enhanced their mark of Accounting. I think the main intention of this program were to provide a nice environment for the members to study Accounting, and advance their self-motivations at the same time. I think the program was running very successful.

I think the program has already ended..therefore..i helped you to change everything to past-tense. And when you say "interest", you should use "increase" but not "improve", because increase means 增加, improve means 改善...and you had mention two intentions of the program...so you have to either use "are" or "were" instead of using "is" or "was".....and for the last sentence, i don't really understand why did you say "So the program is running successful. "...so I added "i think" before it.....
