CUHK: 72 credits X $3000= $216000City: 71 credits X $2100= $149100
But in terms of the quality of the programmes, I recommend CUHK.

Did you mean Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
It is a 5 years course at 2 uni only ( HKU and CUHK ) + 1 year of interinship training ( get pay salary for that year ~ $15000 a month )
It cost $42100 each year to study any Bacelor degree, but you can apply government loan
