In my opinion, I will write an introduction of CV as a formal letter.

In spite of the fact that I am a graduate of form seven this year, I have planned to find a permanent job as not a part-time job. I would rather working experiences than studies recently.

I would like to work for you for permanent job,even though i've fresh graduated from form 7. If i were a employee of you,i must be started my duty on working hard seriously, and then i will finish off my study for my career.
