你如要用email去其實都可以以format letter的方式去寫, 只係無咗 date, address 因呢d已係 to, from, subject到寫咗.
而內容sample:
Dear xxx,

The attached are the photos of bouquet and flower arrangement in vase, please kindly find the files for your reference.
Should you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
