Install Registry Repair software(Suggested Use WIN ASO) After Finished Scanning and repair the registry, Run the anti virus application(Norton Antivirus ...etc) Close the System Restore

Start>Program>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore>Setting>Close System Restore. Restart pc.

If you are unsuccessful to run the anti virus application which mean your pc are affected virus.

Run the pc into safe mode, when inside the window, close the System Restore

Start>Program>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore>Setting>Close System Restore.

After done, run the pc in normal mode and uninstall and reinstall the current anti-virus, update anti-virus definition. Running full scan. If its still doesnt help, suggested install SPY-WARE DOCTOR to fully scan again. If the issues is still, then your pc's HDD or window system files might be corrupted. If in this case normaly we will suggested PC users to reformat the pc first.

*If you know how to check your HDD is faulty or in good condition, check on it before you reinstall the new window, if not then you have to trying to reinstall the new window at current HDD. (If your HDD is faulty, you can see a blue screen appear while you log in to window and the pc will restart after blue screen appear.)

問題: 開機無法進入作業系統出現「NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart」或是「Operating system not found」訊息。

解答: 兩者皆是因為開機檔損壞所出現的訊息。不過，後者除了開機檔案損壞外，還有可能是因為開機裝置優先順序設定錯誤造成的，譬如說裝了新硬碟，當作業系統開機時，就先偵測到新硬碟，但是新硬碟並沒有作業系統，當然就出現「找不到作業系統」的訊息。解決的方式可以修改BIOS裡的開機順序。至於開機檔損壞的解決方式，

就是先放入原始 Windows XP 安裝光碟，並且用光碟開機，進入「修復主控台」修復。

1.進入修復主控台。系統會詢問要登入哪一個 Windows 安裝，一般來說按下「1」。

2.接著輸入「Administrator」密碼。

3.輸入「CD△..」並按下＜Enter＞。（△表示空一格，以下同。）

4.假設光碟機是在D磁碟，接著輸入「D：」並按下＜Enter＞。

5.接著輸入「cd△i386」並按下＜Enter＞。

6.輸入「Copy△ntldr△c：」並按下＜Enter＞，然後按一下回答問句。

7.接著輸入「c:」，按下＜Enter＞切換到C磁碟。

8.輸入「attrib△+h△+r△+s△ntldr」指令，並按下＜Enter＞。

9.接著輸入「dir」。

10.確認「ntldr」的屬性為「arhs」。

11.最後輸入「exit」並按下＜Enter＞就完成了。

可能中左毒都唔奇.....
