試試以下方法﹕去Recovery mode --> Configuration -> Use NO-UMD: Disable
Advanced ->Advanced configuration
->Plain modules in UMD/ISO : Disable
->Execute boot.bin in UMD/ISO :Disable
->Use isofs driver also in UMD-inserted mode : Disable
情況一樣的話，那就可能是﹕
1. 未執行 Format Flash1
2. ISO / CSO / EBOOT.PBP 有問題
3. 檔案名稱太長或包含中文
4. 假卡/壞卡 [請嘗試 Format]
另外你用的是什麼版本的psp呢
