I think it is not very good, but still I think you may go into the cinema, since the acoustics is rather good. If you expect it as a stunning movie, I think you may be disappointed.
I think the novel is much better than the movie, the movie cut off a lot of scenes in the book and the novel's description is longer and deeper.
In the movie, they just use a few sentenses or words to talk about the feelings of the people. And it will be a bit hard to catch what is going on in the movie if you haven't read the novel.
The following are some spots which were cut:
1. Cho and Harry did not go dating in the movie ( people even did not go to Hogsmeade )
2. There is no St Mungo's Hospital experience in the movie
3. The informer was changed to Cho so Harry got angry with her
4. Harry's scar did not catch fire during exam
5. Professor McGonagall did not hurt by the spells from Umbridge
6. Harry only used Umbridge's grate to contact Sirius once ( but there are twice in the novel )
7. In the movie, it did not mention the rooms in the Department of Mysteries
8. Harry's friends did not get hurt in the Department of Mysteries
9. In the movie, it did not mention Hagrid's Care of Magical Creatures lessons
10. It did not mention Firenze to teach Arithmancy
