Lots of faked items are being in ebay nowadays, so please do watch out. But I do believe it's very rare to find faked Porter products.
If the tag is a bit yellowish, it might have been used, not brand new.
Check the zipper if it's made with YKK. Porter Tokyo always uses YKK zipper.
反光 is because your bag is made with TANKER quality. Double check with the seller's auction.
