Use the correct tense for each one

12.We _____________(fail/never) our exams.
13.When I called Bob yesterday evening,he ____________(go) out .
14.By the time we reached home last night, mum ______________(already/cook) dinner.
15.Are these books heavy?I _____________(help) you carry them.

11.I have been waiting for a taxi since three o'clock.
12.We have never failed our exams.
13.When I called Bob yesterday evening,he had gone out .
14.By the time we reached home last night, mum had already cook dinner.
15.Are these books heavy?I will help you carry them.

11. have waited. Because if have 'since' this world, will use present perfect tense.
12. We never failed our exams.
13. had gone. Because this sentence use 'When' and 'yesterday' , that mean in the past, so i use past perfect tense.
14. has already cooked. Because this sentence use 'already', so i use present perfect tense.
15. helped. Because this sentence have not any world that mean in the past or not, so i use simple present tense.
