The question should read " Any difference?" not "Any different?"

Actually both are with similar meaning, but may have a bit difference in the emphasis:
So Much - emphasizes on the quantity/ frequency
So Hard - emphasizes on the degree of hurt

You can also use "You hurt me so bad /deep."
