it is very strange because E6320核心速度 is 1.87GHz
yours got only 1.602GHz has WRONG settings : 1.602GHz = 266 (FSB) x 6 (倍頻)
what is your motherboard BIOS version ? is it the latest M04 version ?
if NOT then better flash it to M04 to fix the CPU ratio. download here

can you check again using CPU-Z ?
