There is no guarantee actually. It's the plastic surgeon who does your surgery not the hospital. It's roughly 18K for the good plastic surgeons.
You should find a nice plastic surgeon for the procedure. Where do you go about it? Visit Medical Council of Hong Kong's website at:
http://www.mchk.org.hk/
to find a doctor under the "List of Registered Doctors". Choose "32 Plastic Surgery" and it will take you to a list of alphabets. Choose the doctors from the alphabets.
One surgeon who has been constantly in the news is HO, WING YUN FRANCIS
何榮潤. He's the Vice President of the association for plastic surgeon. I believe he performs his procedure at his clinic as it's just a very simple operation. He could also perform it at St. Teresa's Hospital if you want.
I don't think you need to stay in the hospital. But, if you want, you could. It would take a couple days to heal. On the other hand, you could stay home instead to cut down the cost for unnecessary hospital stay such as room charges, doctor's fees, meals, etc.
I myself would not go through with such procedure as it's painful. I have got big eyes already although I don't have double eyelids. It's your inner beauty that shines. Be confident in your looks. Afterall, beauty lies in the eyes of beholders. Don't waste your hard-earned money on superficial stuff.
Anyway, hope this piece of info would help.
