英文 不成文規定

好像有一個專有名詞的..不過不一定是鷹文
通俗一點可以用 Unclaimed Rule...
Formal or imformal 都夠用了
我諗英文報紙都會o甘用..
比如
英國對美國在外交上的緊隨政策己是不明文規定
IT IS already an unclaimed rule for UK 's follow up on US's foreign policy
又或者可以用non-literate policy.. 等等
