We are sorry (很抱歉). The position is no longer open/available (我們再沒有這個空缺).
The position has been filled (這個空缺已經請到人). Thank you for calling (謝謝你的來電)。

This position has been appointed

Is there any vacancy available?

THE JOB HAS ALREADY BEEN FILLED

OR

WE HAVE HIRED SOMEONE ALREADY

你可以這樣說:
We have engaged a staff already.
我想文法應該沒有錯!

我地已經請左人 - Sorry, but we have already employed someone else.
請問呢度係咪請人 - Excuse me, is it a job avialable here??
