有一個我們非常熟悉的英文regardless，在口語裏，regardless可以作副詞
如：We tried to discourage him from going out in the storm, but he went regardless.
我們試圖阻攔他不要在暴風雨中外出,但他還是（不顧一切地／唔理三七廿一）出去了。

但在書面上，我們就要用regardless of what will happen
如：He went out regardless of what would happen. （他唔理三七廿一，出去了）

係don't care 3x7=21

唔理三七二十一既英文係((for good of bad))或者((for good of evil))

The better answer is "No matter what". Usually ppl use it in workplace. e.g. boss talking to his employee.

The second best answer is "anyway". anyway = 點都好啦.

"anyway" 個語氣無咁重.

[唔理三七二十一] 按照意思 [唔理咁多] 譯 是 [I don't care no matter what].
