我的朋友話我知,孕婦在生產後,餵人奶時,乳暈會變黑及大,乳頭亦會拉到好長,比以前長了一倍有多,是真的嗎?會否還原?
以及當停止餵奶後,北半球(胸部的最上部份)會"笠"下去,也是真的嗎?咁size亦會還原?還是亦會比以前未懷孕時為大?
我很怕會變得難看,自己都接受唔到,咁老公咪仲難接受?

it's not that really true,黑色素是因為懷孕的effect, 生完後便會back to normal, 至於breast feeding of course if your nipples stick out a bit will be more easy for the baby to suck the milk, however it's wont become big as what you think, so no worries.
