You can take KCRC Bus A73 in Tin Tsz Bus Terminus (towards Tuen Mun Pier Head), then get off in Wu Chui House of Wu King Estate, then walk towards Wu King Road until Wu Chui Road. Then turn right and walk across Wu Chui Road and reach Butterfly Bay.

For accessing from Butterfly Bay to Long Ping Estate, it is sorry to say that no bus or minibus satisfies the mentioned route. Interchange is needed. You can take KCRC Bus K52 in Lung Mun Road, then get off in Tuen Mun Central and take KMB 68A to terminus.

K52 : $3.7 (Child fare : $1.8)
KMB 68A : $5 (Child fare : $2.5) (From Tuen Mun to Long Ping)

Duration : about 40~50 minutes

For reaching Kingswood Villas from Long Ping Estate, you can take KCRC Bus K74 from Long Ping Estate Bus Terminus (KMB 68A terminus) and get off in Tin Shui Estate Bus Terminus then walk along Tin Shui Road. (Well, it is supposed that you can arrive your place in Tin Shui Estate.)

K74 : $3.7 (Child fare : $1.8)

It spends you about 15 minutes.
