我只係試過living yoga一堂既高溫yoga, 其實講真個句教得係真係幾好既, 因為佢最多20幾人一班所以都可以好照顧每一個人，見你做唔到佢會幫你

而price佢有分一個月4堂好似300幾我唔記得, 而一個月任玩就400幾, 有一個plan就2年可以以300幾任玩但仲要比入會費都幾貴你可以試下叫佢fee比你

我最後都無join到因為300幾4堂又好似太少而任玩去唔到咁多日都好曬咁, 又怕自己無恆心呢因為要sign一年

你可以去試下堂再決定
