from the user manual, PDF page 26, it says you can use JFSB to set the FSB from 100MHz to 133 MHz in order to achieve certain level of overclocking.
from the user manual, PDF page 34, it says you can set the CPU Clock ratio to set the " multipler " but normally the CPU multipler is locked. anyway, you can try this out.
from the user manual, PDF page 34, it says you can set the CPU Host/PCI Clock frequency from 100/33MHz up to 166/33MHz. since there is NO information about your CPU, there is no way I can tell you what to choose. however, normally, you should overclock the FSB and then also achieve faster RAM access speed.
from the user manual, PDF page 38-39, it shows very limited function you can do to overclock the RAM.
if you want faster RAM speed, you better buy DDR-400 RAM instead of the DDR-333 that you are using.
