有關microsolf word的問題

你可以在列印選項中選取:顯示比例>配合紙張條整大小.
但這裡只有幾種Size,如A3,A5...比你選.
如果你想要按百份比率地縮小或擴大,就未能夠做到.

但如果你是要精確地條較大小比例,
我想還是將字體縮細或放大一點, 再去設定邊界.
其實如此也是很方便,不會很麻煩的.
幾個部驟都做到啦.

我想, 你在網上複製的文件是字與字之間留有空格.是與表格無關的吧.
你可以先選取所有的文字,
然後進入格式>字型>字元間距>
在「間距」的項目選單中選取「緊縮」,
點數設定為 :1 Pt , 如不夠你可以再加大.
然後間距就會縮小,不用一格一格去刪除了.

列印時按比例縮小or放大 is depend on your printer, normally, you can choose print and then in the property choose effect and in the resizing option choose percentage of Actual size to chooice 縮小or放大
Are you saying that when you copy the excel to word, it had the 表格. You can just choose paste and there is a paste option and can choose paste text only.
Or you want to have 表格, but don't want to print out the line of the 表格. Then Highlight 表格 - Table Property -> Table -> borders and shading ->Borders -> None. Then when print out, there will no line.
