Assignment of Life Policy

I have bought an Investment Saving Plan from Friends Provident (FPIL). Do anyone know which Bank in Hong Kong can accept the "Assignment of Life Policy" issued by FPIL so that I can borrow some money for other investment ?

I suggest you to direct deal with FPIL, I believe they have the load facility for policy holder to draw instant cash from account
