I think you can simply go to some tailor's shop to ask them to tailor made for you. You can go to some shops in the hotel basement, such as HK hotel in TST to ask them. You can But they are a bit expensive! There is also one such tailor made shop in TST Holoday Inn Golden Mile basement. You can see there is some collar and cloth (raw materials for making suits) in the shop! But they are a bit expensive.

You can find some in Citysuper , the price is quite cheap. if u want to buy a better one, u can go to Harbour City,u can find many shops sell 袖口鈕.
