請問"間公司『多文』左架喇!"既『多文』係點解?dominated???

Dormant means the company had been active in the past but inactive with no trading acitivity now. Not 'dominated' , a wrong word. If this is a unlimited company, you can cancel the business registration. But for a limited company, you have to apply to the Companies Registry for de-registration of this limited company before you can cancel the business registration. Otherwise the BR fee and filing fees have still to be paid every year.
