肌肉問題~~10分

我出街見到有d人好鬼死勁~~手臂脹卜卜~~但係個d就一定唔係脂肪
請問需要幾多既重量訓練先有甘既成績??
我今年14歲~
做push up同擴胸器差不多都有1個半月
我一日做400下push up 下一日做50下擴胸
梅花間竹甘樣做~~
請問我這個重量訓練適當嗎??

可能我就係你出街見到好鬼死勁個d人既其中一位, 因為我手臂都係脹卜卜~
首先, 你而家既做法只能練出線條, 想練到手臂脹卜卜就唔多得la~
需要幾多既重量訓練係因人而異, 每個人既程度都唔同~
重點係次數, 每個動作3-4組, 每組做8-12下~
可採用金字塔式鍛鍊法, 即重量遞增次數遞減~
建議多參考專業健身網站或書籍, 學習正確的健身知識~

建立結實的肌肉, 係唔單止靠做體能運動去鍛鍊的, 一定要食足夠的蛋白質, 肌肉先會有線條美而又結實, 到底要點先可以食用足夠的蛋白質, 方法可問我 [email protected]

唔太適當,你得14歲,練肌肉會阻礙你骨骼ge生長,即係會令你矮d,

即使你唔價意矮d既話, bascially你對"練大隻"既概念都唔岩,

我建議你去書局搵下d關於阻力訓練,健美既書黎睇.

因為"練大隻"e樣野要知好多about飲食,生理結構既知識,

我唔建議你上網搵資料,因為你唔知你要知d咩,咁樣會令你一知半解.

會容易令你受傷.

Weight exercise will be neccessary if you want to build up your bicep & tricep, it will be better & saver to train by professional, but you are only 14 years old, suggest you wait until at least 3 to 4 years later before starting any intensive training, because it may not be a good idea to have too much of weight exercise when you are still growing.
