" Dear boss, I know you treat me well and provide enough chance
for me such as joining some trips to increase my knowledge
and to understand other countries. In fact, I am now struggling
because I want to spend more time to take care of my family.
I thank you to provide chance for my to learn much
new things and knowledge. "

In your heart, you real reason to resign is
1) long working hours
2) inconvenience working location
3) much unreasonable gossip
4) no staff welfare
5) less salary if go to work late
6) staffs working less can stay longer, but a staff who behaves like me,
will be assigned too much work ......so a result " your work make you
die earlier".

boss i'm sorry i got to go i know your have treat me very well but i need to go because i fing out my relationship with family is getting worst i can't let this happen and thank you for you giving me the 機會 thank a lot i wish i can stay and help you more hope late on i can help you again

Sir, I would like to express my gradtitude for all the opurtunity you gave me on the job, I also had the chance to go on business trips and see the world with my own eyes. However, right now , I had to take up my responsibility with my family. Any way, I have to express my deepest thanks once again.

事實 : 番工時間長, 地點不方便, 多gossip, 冇任何benefit, 遲到要扣錢, 好多人吾做野係公司仍可生存, 我係會做野嘅人, 所以佢真係比好多機會我 .... 做死我

Actually, the long working hours, inconvient working place, gossipping , no extra-benefits, fines for coming late and many unproductive labour who are blood sucking leaches makes me quit this job. As I am a very productive and capable person, I am almost labour to death in work.

I wanted to tell my boss that he treated me very well, giving me many opportunities and oversea trips to the world. But what I need Now is to have more time with my family, taking care of them. Thank you for giving me chances to learn and grow.


The truth: Long Working hours, inconvenient location, office politics, deducting of wages when late, many staff still around despite slacking at worK. I'm the one that do my job, so he's really given me many opportunities. Work till I die
