我想問點解我整親曲奇..d料攪完之後..會係一patpat既...
跟住拎去焗..焗完就好似蛋糕咁...

會一pat pat...可能係你落得太多牛油呀...
你可以減少牛油份量或者加多少少面粉
你下次試下先放入雪櫃冷藏30mins...
之後先拎去焗呀....有時要雪完先會脆
