Normally, the performance appraisal will be reviewed by once a year or twice a year or quarterly?
Any cut-off date will be applied to some staff, if staff not yet pass the probation when doing the annual performance appraisal (appraisal period is 1 Jan to 31 Dec)? or if a staff was extended the probation, do they need to participate the annual appraisal?
Any sample of both annual / semi-annual performance appraisal form could be shared with me?
