Speaking是現在分詞。Speaking a day....是用Speaking作為分詞組成一句分詞子句分詞子句（除了獨立分詞子句外），通常它的主詞就是主要句的主詞。如：

1.)speaking係用present participle,因為上面go句係adverbial clause,而且speaking(演講)好少用passive形式,so唔會用past participle
2.)呢句應該無subject,如果講speaking的動作者應該係authorit secretary general peter hill
如例句:Eating a lot of food, Mary doesn't feel hungry.(eating動作者係mary)
