the first sentence'他不願意離開這個温暖的家'could be translated into english like this... (第一句'他不願意離開這個温暖的家'可以這樣翻譯成英文....)

"He is not willing to leave this warm and loving home."

the second sentence'你願意和我一起去釣魚嗎'its' gramma is about the same, it could be translated into english like this... (第二句'你願意和我一起去釣魚嗎'它的文法同上相似,可以這樣翻譯成英文....)

"are you willing to go fishing with me?"

The third phrase is different to the first two, this time the phrase does not use 'willing to', it uses 'ready to' (*or prepare,i will exlain this later). So it is slightly different.(第三句'我準備好......'有一點兒不同,就是今次是用'准備',不是'願意'

"I am ready to buy a new room,"
or
"I have prepared to buy a new room."

Same with the fourth sentence.....第四句也一樣

"Are you ready for the exams?"
or
"Have you prepared for the exams?"

The fifth sentence is a simile....

"he is as polite as his parent.

*准備用'Prepare, or,'ready'.

准備can be translated into two words in english, ' prepare and ready. they can be used differently in different occations. but the fourth example you gave, i personally think prepare would suit the sentence better.
