For 電腦開,關機 you can review your Windows Event log (事件記錄) for system start-up and shut-down events.As for 上網時間資料, by default Windows does not keep track of 上網時間, only 上網 網站 紀錄. You can just clear the Internet Explorer cache, history and cookies.
