如果你決定離職的話，除了口頭上向上司請辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應缺少的步驟。

辭職信內容：

離職日期，辭去的工作職位。

簡述辭職原因。(可提可不提)

向公司、上司與同事表示謝意。

要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。

本人已決定辭去現時(職位名稱)的職位，並由x月x日(最後一個工作天的第二天)起開始正式生效。

很大的不便。本人希望在離職之前，能夠取得離職通知書。
